Community Supported Agriculture (or CSA) is a special way of creating a relationship with your local community and the people who grow your food.
Raleigh’s Hillside Farm started as a CSA farm in 2013 and we have grown, adapted and refined our program every year since. CSA means everything to us. It is the heart and soul of everything we do at our farm.
By signing up with our CSA in the spring, you will receive boxes of organic vegetables, melons, and herbs throughout the growing season (June through October). Your CSA box will be accompanied by an e-mail newsletter packed full of stories, photos and information from the fields alongside recipes, links, storage tips, and vegetable descriptions to help you use your bounty. Members are also invited to events throughout the season and given access to a private Facebook group for sharing recipes, ideas and questions with one another.
Our farm currently offers two different styles of CSA: a traditional CSA program and a free choice market style CSA program with a multitude of sizes and delivery options.
If you are new to us or new to CSA, there’s a lot to learn so keep on scrolling to learn what's included in a CSA membership with Raleigh's Hillside Farm, share sizes, prices, delivery locations, payment methods and which CSA option is best for you.
