Dealing with a box full of vegetables every week can be overwhelming to say the least. You have a variety of produce and don't know how to efficiently get it from you box into your fridge. Join Mandy Cullen of Nourishment to go step by step breaking down the week's CSA box and learning how to quickly and efficiently unpack your box, cut it up, preserve it and prepare for a week of cooking.
This will be a hands on class and participants will leave with with a full broken down CSA box so bring your CSA share, tupperware, ziploc bags and other storage containers. Cutting board and knife will be provided.
