We know our world needs much bigger food system change than what we can create on our own seven acres.

That’s why we seek out relationships with some of the region’s best producers. We want to connect our CSA members and community to so much more than just produce. We want to transform the way they eat.

The following farmers and fisherman have our seal of approval. We love these individuals and purchase form them regularly. We are enthusiastic supporters and partners. We share drop sites with some of them and just endorse others. Read below for details.

Unconventional Acres beef, pork & eggs

Our dear friends Melissa and Ben will have monthly deliveries of pork, beef and/or egg bundles in June, July, August and September delivered to our drop sites in Fitchburg, Verona and Middleton on Wednesdays.

Please note that these meat and eggs are NOT certified organic and although we are personally obsessed with them, we are not able to sell them directly through our own website or our CSA due to this lack of certification. Your purchase of any of these packages will be independent of our farm.

small folk farm chickens

We are thrilled to be partnering with Dave at all of our 2019 drop sites to offer his beautiful fresh birds to the Madison, Evansville, Stoughton and Belleville area on a monthly basis (with deliveries in June, July, August and September).

Please note that these birds are NOT certified organic and we are therefore not able to sell them directly through our own website or our CSA. Your purchase of a chicken CSA will be independent of our farm. Your order will be managed by Farmer Dave and coordinated using Raleigh's Hillside Farm drop sites

Copper Valley Fish Collective

We are so excited to be a salmon hub for Micah and Ben this year! Kyle and I will head to Chicago to pick up a massive shipment of freshly caught and frozen wild salmon from some of the most beautiful and rugged parts of this country.

There will be one bulk pick up at our home in Evansville in late August or early September, and it is open to anyone from the greater Madison area.

Perkins Family Organics Fruit Boxes

The Fruit Box is an opportunity to receive certified organic fruit from early May to December. The fruit comes from certified organic farms around the country including the Midwest. Each mixed box varies depending on what is available and at the peak of quality. The Fruit Box follows the annual fruit harvest and changes according to the seasons.

Fruit boxes will be delivered to our Atwood drop site at One Barrel Brewery as well as many sites around Madison.
